Progress Reporting

We understand how stressful it is for the owners having their family member away from home for so long. Our teams are proactive to communicate the progress and wellbeing to the owners in the following forms, this allows the owners to be fully connected to their dog and their training:-

Pre arrival

  • Training Questionnaire
  • Health and wellbeing Questionnaire
  • Pre arrivals preparations for owners

Week 1

  • Welcome email from your trainer
  • Introduction from dedicated carer with overview of their contribution
  • Text message advising of suitability to our environment
  • Regular updates to progress chart
  • Regular notes added to progress chart
  • Email update on how adapting to new environment
  • Telephone assessment - Trainer will telephone to discuss the assessment and training expectations
  • Email offering login details to progress chart
  • Email update - Training update & Owner preparation for home training

Week 2

  • Email update - Explanation of progress chart
  • Email updates - Training progress
  • Regular updates to progress chart
  • Regular notes added to progress chart
  • Email update - Health & wellbeing update
  • Pictures added to Facebook

  • Email update including Summary of training theory
  • Departure email regarding aftercare
