The vision to grow the business dates back
as far as second generation founders, Darren & Sarah can remember. In fact, many Team members can recall the
middle-of-the-night work emails from Darren, and when asked why he was up so
late, his response was invariably that he had been up until the wee hours, yet
again, searching for that evasive second school.
Quite literally years of weekends were
sacrificed to view properties, only to be disappointed time and again. The primary problem being
the restrictions to build and/or renovate adequate facilities for training
purposes. There are plenty of
kennels with their share of attractive features and benefits to the long term
objections of the company, but the wish list was too great and the South Wales
school had already spoiled the Team and customers with its generous indoor
training and necessary operational spaces; its vast and numerous training
fields and breathtaking views, not to mention the duo, private living quarters
enabling on-site personnel at every moment of the day - and night.
Furthermore, the school in South Wales , with its scenic and remote
qualities has always invited a national customer base, as there is definitely a
sense of sending your pet on holiday. Additionally,
given its conveniences to main thoroughfares, arranging nationwide, discounted
collection points made the option of residential services even that much more
in demand. Royvon knew the market could
support another school, moreover they knew their tried and true formula would
translate outside of its unique Headquarters, but the question was where, how
and when?
It is unclear whether the new school in Surrey , formerly known as Esher Boarding
Kennels, ever officially went on the market. It is more likely that Darren learned of the imminent sale and appeared
on the door step within hours of the second, or third-hand
news. Nevertheless and regardless of how
it really came to be, Royvon Dog Training Schools - Esher , Surrey is now fully renovated, fully
operational and fully full of dogs awaiting to be well
trained and happy!
However, this is only but a fraction of the
good news, as the welcoming of Surrey has also unveiled and embraced some additional changes to
its Team and dog owning public: all new,
varied and custom services! While Royvon
will always be the first and leading specialists for residential dog training,
the growing industry, growing concerns over responsible dog ownership and
opening of the Surrey branch has opened countless doors of opportunity.

demand for catered and quality services!
