Elena Cook Reception Manager Surrey |
I have been working as Royvon in Esher’s customer co-ordinator since August 2008. I have recently been promoted to Reception Manager as I am shortly due to complete my third year of university - studying for a degree in Business Management with HR. During my time at Royvon I have completed level 1 (Pet Care Service Technician) and level 2 (Advanced Pet Care Service Technician) of the Pet Care Services education program.
It is my responsibility to meet clients checking their dogs in or out at our school in Esher. I am responsible for processing bookings. My biggest hate is when we are not able to satisfy a client request - this happens a lot during high season as we are very popular. Sometimes at busy periods we have 30 clients expected on a particular day. Some dogs come in with specific needs that need to be organised and prepared for and some dogs leave with important tasks relating to their departure. I pride myself on my organisational skills and I ensure that our reception team members are extremely organised as I see reception as the hub to the whole organisation. It’s my responsibility to ensure that all clients are happy and our guest dogs receive the service and care that’s been requested. I am also responsible to deal with customer service enquiries via email & telephone and processing payments. Over the last year or so the Royvon directors Darren & Hannah have included me in strategy planning for the business which I really enjoy as it puts my university studies into use. I really enjoy working at Royvon as I like helping people and I love working with dogs.
