The Royvon Team

I started at Royvon in December 2010 as a Reservations Manager. This gives me the ability to apply my lifetime knowledge and experience of dogs into my career. I thoroughly enjoy interacting with the public and helping them with the problems they may be facing with their dogs.

With my own dogs being German Shepherds, Afghan hounds, and a Labrador - over the years I have owned Akitas, Dachshunds (Mini & standards) and Shelties. Outside of Royvon I'm a German Shepherd breeder and exhibitor, I've shown all over the country and Ireland. The top puppy of GSD in the UK, is bred and shown by me. I'm Vice Chairman of the GSD club of Wales and breed specialist judge.

My experience with Royvon started 27 years ago when I was a member of the Heads of the Valleys GSD club along with Yvonne James. I knew Roy and Yvonne ( founders of Royvon) back when they were showing Ch Royvons Red Rum and Ch Royvons Danielle. Most of my own dogs breeding go back to Ch Giaconda. Also the M.D of Royvon 'Darren James' used to handle dogs for me 25 years ago. As well as showing dogs I did agility with my first GSD 31 years ago and worked in a Boarding & GSD Kennel at the age of 12. I also did obedience with my first Shelti. Other than dogs I have also shown Birman & Persian cats, along with Angora & blue lopped eared rabbits & guinea pigs.

I have a natural love for dogs & being able to help other people get the best from their pet dogs is a big high for me. I really enjoy working at Royvon, and working with a team that are very much share the same ideas as me.
