We proactively strive for happy guests in our care but experience has informed us that happy owners are equally important. At Royvon we operate an open house policy so clients, prospects or family members can visit our facilities without prior arrangement at any time between 9am and 5pm, 7 days per week.

We encourage a visit for new clients so they can then make an informed decision on the suitability for their dogs in our care. We will give you a tour of the facility, advise you on our recommended services and answer any further questions. Most service pages have a FAQ section so please visit these pages beforehand so that you are prepared before you visit.

If your interest is for dog training and you wish to speak with a trainer for advice or guidance then it is advised that you make an appointment to ensure a suitable person is available.

The tour of the facilities also helps your personal relationship with Royvon and its team and we hope we will continually make you happy and this relationship will develop.
