At Royvon we pride ourselves on providing great customer service - together with superb care to our dog guests while they stay with us. As holiday preparations can be a bit hectic many of our clients choose to ease the time pressure by having their dogs collected by us from their home at a date and time to suit them.

Our vehicles are only driven by specially chosen professionals who are non-smoker drivers with a clean driving license. They have also gone through all the necessary training so that all journeys comply with Defra Animal Health and Welfare regulations. All our vehicles are fully air conditioned and fully customised to provide the best possible dog safety and comfort.

We drive at times to suit you

For our London clients it's normally more convenient to have their dogs delivered or collected during the evening as it saves them having further time off work and its normally saves on congestion charge. We generally have more availability during the evenings also.

Our charges are generally .45p per mile on longer journeys outside congestion zones, other journeys are charged at a flat rate depending on your postcode. (Any tolls are charged in addition)

Country Retreat Shuttle At peak seasons we offer a subsidised Pet-Taxi rate between our Surrey location and our Country Retreat & Dog Hotel in South Wales for £20.00 + VAT per journey. Clients are advised of the suitable drop off time at Royvon Surrey so that the dogs can travel later that day. The same applies for collection at Royvon Surrey on the desired departure date. Those clients preferring door to door Pet-Taxi, that is their home to our Country Retreat, this can also be arranged. Why not spoil them at the UK's premier dog resort!
