When you have a new baby in the family there is a lot of help and support at hand; unfortunately this is not usually available for new puppy owners.

To help puppy owners, Royvon offers a range of consultations, at your home or at our schools, to give you expert advice on how to shape your puppy's behaviour:-

Pre-puppy - 1 hour

Before you choose your puppy we explain what having a puppy involves; how to find the right breeder, and what standards you should look for to find a happy, healthy puppy. Advice will be given on what equipment you will need, how to prepare for the arrival of a new puppy, the journey home and the first few nights in its new environment..

New Puppy - 2 hour

Included in this session are topics such as :

• Housetraining
• Crate training - the pros and cons
• Teething
• How to play with your puppy
• The importance of 'leadership'
• Introducing the lead
• How to play with your puppy
• How to communicate with your puppy
• Mouthing & play biting
