Although you stated that Jay was the "most difficult dog of the month", we are over the moon with his progress. Who said you can't teach a dog new tricks? Royvon has completely disproved this old myth with not one but no less than three of our dogs. I feel I must write to your testimonial page as it was for that I felt I would travel to Wales from Scotland to have my beloved Troy trained. It is true the service at Royvon is second to none, I have visited many other facilites up north but nothing compares to the standards of accomodation and quality that Royvon offers. The comfort I felt leaving him there surprised me, I was constantly updated via email on his hapiness factor and his dog Trainer kindly sent letters and reports on the various stages of the program. When I collected him, he was a reforming character, he was less anxious and just a pleasure to be with. He was a far happier dog. I was taught how to maintain the high standards of training and I have to this day kept it up. (8 months later). He is now a pleasure to live with and I can enjoy him the way I always intended, being a Rottweiler control is a real luxury - so thank you Royvon.

Just thought you'd like an update on Bailey our chocolate labrador. It has been 4 months since her stay with you at Royvon. We are very pleased with her progress and have carried on her training at home. She is a pleasure to take out and now walks beautifully on the lead. The biggest thing for us thought is that she no longer has a fear of traffic and cars. She has gone from lunging at passing traffic to not battering an eyelid at them!!! Taking her out is no longer as stressful experience but a real pleasure for both her and me! Thanks again to all of you, especially Caroline.
